We are recruiting a skilled and experienced professional to lead our hospital's licensing and medical office operations. The successful candidate will have expertise in medical staff coordination, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical staff and allied health provider activities.
- Develop and implement effective credentialing and privileging processes.
- Serve as the hospital's liaison with the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards (QCHP, JCI).
- Oversee scheduling, training, and evaluations for medical professionals.
- Manage confidential documentation, research, and reporting.
- Contribute to marketing, social media, and media relations efforts.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is mandatory. A Master's degree is desirable. At least 5 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
