Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at The Ned Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business strategy.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent is hired.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain a pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). They will also have proven working experience as an HR Manager or other Assistant HR Manager, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be people-oriented and results-driven, with demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. They will also have knowledge of HR systems and databases, as well as the ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is also required.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus, and Qatar experience is highly valued.
