Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our team in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects, supporting business development activities, and recognizing opportunities for Sia Partners to expand its offering to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the Middle East and supporting overseas engagements.
  • Support business development activities, working with Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities.
  • Recognize opportunities for Sia Partners to expand its offering to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain your own external professional peer networks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners' assets, including methodology and tools.
  • Support marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks.
  • Facilitate your own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge while supporting Senior Consultants to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice.
  • Work closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues' performance and development.
  • Develop your specific service expertise.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have 9+ years of experience in management consulting with increasing managerial and responsibility roles.
  • Candidates must possess knowledge of process reengineering, business analysis, organization turn-around, and market regulation.
  • Project management skills: ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work, and judicious regular updates to management.
  • Excellent client interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and business-level proficiency level in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to prepare compelling presentations.
  • Focus on quality.
  • Candidate must have entrepreneurial spirit, and team spirit, be results-driven and dynamic.
  • Candidates must have graduated from a top engineering university.
  • A Master's Degree is preferred.
