Job Title: Associate Manager

Sia Partners is a leading consulting firm that helps clients navigate the digital revolution. Our global footprint and expertise in multiple sectors enable us to deliver superior value and tangible results to our clients.

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects, working across several clients in the Middle East and supporting overseas engagements. You will also support business development activities, develop proposals for practice-related opportunities, and recognize opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery, potentially working across multiple clients in the Middle East and supporting overseas engagements.
  • Support business development activities, working with Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities.
  • Recognize opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain external professional peer networks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, working on blogs and developing Sia Partners' assets, including methodology and tools.
  • Support marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks.
  • Facilitate own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge, while supporting Senior Consultants to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice.
  • Work closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues' performance and development.
  • Develop specific service expertise.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in management consulting with increasing managerial and responsibility roles.
  • Knowledge of process reengineering, business analysis, organization turn-around, and market regulation.
  • Project management skills: ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work, and judicious regular updates to management.
  • Excellent client interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and business-level proficiency level in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to prepare compelling presentations.
  • Focus on quality.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team spirit, results-driven, and dynamic.
  • Graduated from a top engineering university.
  • A Master's Degree is preferred.
