**Job Summary**

Raffles Doha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in specific areas of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Business Development and Prospecting:
    • Solicit and confirm corporate accounts, negotiating rates and confirming contracts to ensure targeted budget achievement.
    • Identify and create target accounts that will generate business on behalf of the hotel without conflicting with Group Sales Office efforts.
    • Utilize business intelligence tools to solicit and secure business on behalf of the hotel.
    • Implement company-wide programs, sales developments, and prospecting projects to drive business development.
    • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads, qualifying business to generate room nights and impact revenue per available room (RevPar) performance.
  • Account Management:
    • Create and execute account plans for top 20 accounts, making recommendations on pricing, yield management, room night production, sales activities, and more.
    • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals, including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment.
  • Revenue Growth and Profitability:
    • Manage the annual Request for Proposal (RFP) process for each individual targeted account, including account and market intelligence and pricing recommendations to maximize hotel profitability and secure travel program inclusion.
    • Seek out new local business accounts with a focus on city-wide sports groups and sports travel.

  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
