KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions.
Our New Building Solutions are a strategic priority for our business to complement our growth plans and drive our sustainable success with customer strategy.
As a part of this effort, we are looking for a sales engineer with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Doha - Qatar office and report directly to the head of new building solutions in Qatar.
In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers.
You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Elevator industry experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development/ Key Account Management
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
- Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
- Excellent English & Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
