We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and lead the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of treatments and services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Treatment Delivery: Perform treatments to the highest standards, ensuring current knowledge of treatments and compliance with legislation and company standards.
  • Client Experience: Ensure client experience is proficient, including bookings, payments, and consultation cards, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Sales and Revenue: Ensure team works to meeting department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health, safety, and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients, and guests.
  • Customer Feedback: Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working in the spa industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications for the role, such as spa management or therapy certifications.
  • Customer Service: Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations, including peak periods and unexpected events.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work on your own or in teams, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
