About the Role
The Staff Nurse position at ABBA Personnel Services Inc. offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a front office coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm welcome to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Routing incoming calls to the correct department or person.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms using digital calendars.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handling mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate resource.
- Monitoring access to the premises and enforcing security protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
