About the Role

The Staff Nurse position at ABBA Personnel Services Inc. offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a front office coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing a warm welcome to visitors, clients, and employees.
  2. Routing incoming calls to the correct department or person.
  3. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms using digital calendars.
  4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  5. Handling mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Maintaining the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  7. Providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate resource.
  8. Monitoring access to the premises and enforcing security protocols.
  9. Maintaining accurate records and logs.
  10. Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
