  4. Ensure that all new applications are fully supported and appropriate documentation is created.
  5. Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the applications and systems being supported, as well as new technologies and industry best practices.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely resolution of application-related issues.
  8. Provide regular reporting on application support metrics, including incident volume, resolution times, and service level agreement compliance.
