Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team at BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the allocation of human resources within the organization to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical data, industry trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and align staffing plans accordingly.
  • Develop staffing plans that ensure adequate coverage and utilization of resources to meet business plans.
  • Analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing staffing levels, scheduling practices, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Propose design solutions and devise plans to implement required changes in ERP systems and master data base.
  • Maintain vacancy status and coordinate with HRD and Recruitment for effective recruitment initiatives and assist in timely MR after proper validation of RFV records.
  • Maintain the changes of employment status in manpower data base and related systems.
  • Coordinate and analyze the Probation transfer service extension secondment deputation of employees.
  • Collaborate and assist HRD to monitor and implement succession planning & career development plan and Qatarization process.
  • Assist in developing strategies and plans to promote Qatarisation.
  • Support Head of Recruitment & Planning in the development of effective recruitment initiatives and business plans.
  • Maintain updated statistics and data on all joiners and leavers for use in short and long term manpower planning and forecasting at KAHRAMAA.
  • Utilize system/ERP software and tools to support forecasting, scheduling. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR recruitment operations and other departments to ensure alignment of workforce plans with business goals.
  • Communicate workforce requirements, changes in staffing plans, and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workforce management processes. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce management, scheduling, breaks, and time tracking.
  • Maintain data related to employees on special employment contracts. Maintain employee records by entering new and updated information.
  • Prepares organization development reports/Charts/dashboards by collecting and analyzing data and trends.
  • Conducts compliance audits for the system and employee records to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintaining the ISO/Risk Management/ISMS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/HR
  • Postgraduate in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual spoken and written in English & Arabic preferred.
