Assets Administrator Role
The Assets Administrator is entrusted with the responsibility of verifying the accuracy of company assets. The key objectives of this role are:

  • To Verify Asset Accuracy: Ensuring that company assets are accurately tracked and verified.
  • To Collaborate with Finance Representatives: Working closely with finance department representatives to facilitate smooth verification processes.
  • To Prepare Detailed Reports: Preparing comprehensive reports on asset values and physical condition.
  • To Submit Verification Reports: Submitting verification reports to relevant stakeholders for review and feedback.
  • To Maintain Accurate Records: Maintaining accurate records of asset movements, depreciation, liabilities, and assets.
  • To Investigate Potential Obsolescence: Investigating potential asset obsolescence and recommending suitable actions.
  • To Update Division Lists: Updating division lists with physical verification results.
  • To Keep Management Informed: Briefing management on verification progress and challenges encountered.
