Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise.
  • Complete all pre-delivery related administration, including vehicle registration and insurance.
  • Coordinate and process requests related to IT, Audit, HR, Finance, Procurement, CEO office, After sales, and other departments.
  • Supervise sales support staff and ensure accuracy of stock, PDI, and gift items reports.
  • Raise BMC and SAP requests and follow up on required requests.
  • Collect and submit monthly reports as requested by the direct manager or supervisor.
  • Support the sales team in processing customer vehicle orders and assist with other administrative tasks as directed.
  • Process sales orders in the system after verification and complete documentations for cash, credit, banks, and in-house finance deals before invoicing.
