About the Role:
The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by providing administrative, clerical, and event coordination support.
This position requires exceptional organizational, administrative, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Dean's Office by managing schedules, logistics, and general office duties.
- Coordinate event logistics, preparing agendas, travel itineraries, and coordinating setup.
- Prepare and submit finance-related documents, assist with procurement, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Serve as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and visitors to the Dean's Office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
