Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including storage and inventory management.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests in dining areas.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, as well as maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any accidents or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
