Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating and ensuring stocks availability and managing discrepancies from sales ordering to distribution among the retail sales team, while simultaneously documenting stock movements for all transactions to meet departmental short-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for SOD stock count/inventory at the warehouse including product logistics, i.e., tracking, monitoring, loading, and offloading reports.
  • Responsible for stock inventory and reconciliation.
  • Conduct analysis on general stock inventory ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify potential threats in the daily processing system and recommend improvements.
  • Take stock count for individual RSO (Retail Sales Officer) using DMS Vodafone Software and ABA EMIS.
  • Compile reports on discrepancies and generate incident reports for possible fraud.
  • Check and record product barcoding.
  • Conduct product inventory on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Generate critical sales reports for internal division management, i.e., Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, and General Manager:
  • MTD (Month to Date) sales report – outlet-wise.
  • MTD sales report RSO – outlet coverage-wise.
  • Daily sales report – RSO wise.
  • Process sales orders from RSOs, check details, and re-verify with individual RSOs to arrange stocks.
  • Scan and upload stocks in the system.
  • Manage stock distribution among the retail sales team for actual distribution and sales.

Skills Required
  • Diploma holder relevant to the role.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the telecom industry or equivalent experience in a similar capacity and industry, preferably within the region.
  • Background in inventory (stock handling and distribution).
  • Ability to communicate in Hindi/Malayalam/Urdu as major languages, with English as secondary.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Computer literate using MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under work pressure.
