At Marriott, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our hotel's operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing departmental strategies, ensuring the hotel meets brand standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Profitability: Analyze service issues, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive hotel performance.
  • Managing Revenue Goals: Monitor sales performance, review financial reports, and coach the operations team to effectively manage occupancy, rates, wages, and controllable expenses.
  • Leading Operations and Department Teams: Champion the brand's service vision, develop systems to enable employee understanding of guest satisfaction, and communicate clear goals to produce desired results.
  • Managing the Guest Experience: Review guest feedback, ensure corrective action is taken, and respond to guest problems and complaints.

Requirements: A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
