About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and delivering growth within your current customers, targeting and winning back lapsed customers, and prospecting new target customers with a focus on growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target, develop, and acquire customers within your sales plan.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Ensure 3rd party costs are appropriately priced.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Process driven, following Aggreko's sales process and all CRM and CPQ processes.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for developing business, including product/sector revenue targets.
  • Identify new customers/business with a view to growing key account portfolio.
  • Expand and maintain the network of current and potential customers through weekly external face-to-face and telephone sales calls.
  • Prepare and submit proposals that include technical and commercial details of the client's needs in accordance with Aggreko's terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • Sales experience within the temporary power & HVAC/Heavy Machinery/Capital goods/Industrial sectors preferred.
  • Degree qualification in sales or in a technical discipline or minimum 3 years of successful high-level sales experience in the industrial services environment.
  • Dedication and commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Target driven and results-oriented.
  • Proven track record in delivering results in line with targets set.
  • Passion for sales and ability to network, consult, and build rapport with multiple stakeholders across the board within your target clients/sectors.
