As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, scouting for existing solutions, and designing products that meet customer needs.

Your primary focus will be on market analysis and solution scouting, customer-centric product design, business case and plan development, product implementation, and product portfolio management. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of our products.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong business acumen, a deep understanding of commercial aspects related to product management, and proven exposure to technical aspects of digital platforms and software solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Market Analysis and Solution Scouting: Identify market trends and scout for existing solutions.
* Customer-Centric Product Design: Utilize the Design Thinking framework to design products focusing on customer needs, including problem statements, core value analysis, and customer journey analysis.
* Business Case and Plan Development: Define the business case for products, assess potential solutions compatibility with business requirements, define cost target and profitability. Full drafting of business plan, including go to market strategy, P&L projections, financing needs.
* Product Implementation: Oversee the implementation of products, owning product lifecycle management.
* Product Portfolio Management: Create product-related content for successful Go-To-Market strategies, actively participate in launch activities, and define product performance criteria.

**Required Skills:**

* Product Design, Development, and Management.
* Software as a Service Business Models.
* Strong business acumen and deep understanding of commercial aspects related to Product Management.
* Proven exposure to technical aspects of digital platforms and software solutions, either via formal/informal education or frequent interaction with technical teams.

**Desired:**

* Knowledge and understanding of the energy industry.
* Product Management of hardware/embedded software products.

**Behavioral:**

* Networking & Influencing Collaboratively, Delivering Results & Fostering Ownership, Building Customer Value, Project Management. Impeccable written, verbal, and organizational skills.

**Experience:**

* +4 years in B2B Product Management.
* Minimum entry qualifications: Engineering Degree, Business Administration Degree, or Design Degree. Combined Technical & Business degrees are advantageous.
