  • Lead the coordination of BIM models across multiple disciplines for fitout projects, ensuring that models meet LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards.

  • Conduct quality checks on BIM models and related documentation to ensure they adhere to project standards and industry best practices.
Project Support and Reporting
  • Provide BIM support to project teams, including generating reports, visualizations, and 3D views for presentations and project reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of project deliverables using BIM models, ensuring they are consistent with design intent and project requirements.
  • Track and report on BIM-related project progress, issues, and changes to project managers and stakeholders.
Process Improvement and Innovation
  • Stay updated with advancements in BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive process improvements.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to BIM workflows and standards to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions or materials on BIM processes and best practices for project teams.
