Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Teacher to join our High School faculty, teaching IB Diploma Programme and Middle Years Programme Design to students aged 11-19. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for design education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for implementing the DP and MYP policy and strategic plans, collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery, and contributing to the development of assessment and reporting systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent
  • Qualified teacher status appropriate to the teaching duties
  • Experience with the IB Diploma Programme and Middle Years Programme Design
You should also possess excellent communication skills, a high-level understanding of current research on how students learn, and the ability to inspire students through differentiated instruction and engaging learning opportunities. Additionally, you should be familiar with the principles of Understanding by Design and Assessment for Learning, and have experience with technology to support high school learning.
