The Egis Group is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Talent Management Manager in driving talent-related programs and initiatives.

This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, identifying staffing needs, and creating job descriptions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing HR practices that align with organizational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Support:
    1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    3. Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. Performance Management:
    1. Implement and administer performance management programs.
    2. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
    3. Help manage performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
    4. Produce reports and statistics of different performance progress of all departments.
    5. Suggest continuously effective practices to improve the PM process.
  3. Employee Development:
    1. Coordinate training and development programs aligned with organizational needs.
    2. Assist in identifying training needs and developing or sourcing appropriate learning resources.
    3. Track and report on employee participation and effectiveness of development programs.
  4. Talent Retention and Engagement:
    1. Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
    2. Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
    3. Help implement programs and activities that promote a positive work environment and employee retention.
  5. Succession Planning:
    1. Develop and execute succession planning processes.
    2. Support the identification of high-potential employees and help in creating development plans for key roles.
  6. Data and Reporting:
    1. Maintain and update talent management records and databases.
    2. Generate and analyze reports on talent management metrics such as turnover rates and training effectiveness.
    3. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve talent management practices.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    1. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all talent management activities.
    2. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement in talent management processes.
  8. General Administrative Support:
    1. Provide administrative support to the Talent Management Manager and HR team as needed.
    2. Assist in organizing and coordinating talent management events, workshops, and meetings.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.

Understanding of talent management principles, performance management, and employee development.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.

Primarily office-based with potential for remote work or travel as needed.
