  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment and professionalism to maintain high service standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with in-room dining, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all service standards and individual performance align with Accor's values and Forbes 5-star standards.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Execute the annual upsell strategy, promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house restaurants and facilities.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
Requirements
  • Personal Attributes: Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a second language, and a focus on service with an eye for detail.
  • Professional Qualifications: Prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of international luxury travelers and their needs.
  • Technical Skills: Good computer and property management system skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of cultural nuances in dealing with local and Middle Eastern guests.
