About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Cabin Services team as a Cabin Services Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for cabin crew, focusing on customer service standards and company policies. Ensure all training content is aligned with the vision and goals of Qatar Executive.

Training Delivery

Conduct classroom and online training sessions to Qatar Executive Cabin crew to ensure consistency and align all crew members with the latest updates.

Assessment and Evaluation

Conduct regular assessments to QE cabin crew to evaluate the competency and understanding of crew and ensure all training content complies with aviation regulatory requirements.

Support and Guidance

Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to QE cabin crew to aid and improve their performance.

Training Materials Review

Conduct regular reviews of training materials for QE cabin crew to make updates when necessary.

Documentation and Record Keeping

Document all training activities for QE cabin crew which includes record keeping and auditing purposes to comply with QR group procedures and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years job-related experience.

Experience

Proven work experience as Cabin Crew trainer / Coach or a similar role.

Skills and Qualifications

Solid understanding of in-flight service delivery and customer service standards. Flying experience in Business Jet operation – solo crew operation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package).
