Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality checks of the dish out meal versus customer specification to ensure adherence to QACC quality and hygiene standards.
- Lead flight verification to ensure that equipment are being loaded as per the customer instruction.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of menu grids, specifications, and crew handover sheets to ensure seamless communication with internal departments.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate costing and pricing of catering agreements.
