  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tender activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Native proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken), with excellent language skills and a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in tender management or a similar role, with a track record of success and achievement.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations, with the ability to apply knowledge and expertise in a practical and effective manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with a strong foundation in technology and digital tools.
