About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Coordinator to join our team at Madre Integrated Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our facilities and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the plant, machinery, and work areas to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Provide training to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Safety certifications - Nebosh IG/Level 3 certified.
  • WAH & CSE / Fire Warden & First aid training certificates.
  • Experience in a steel plant or industrial setting, especially with Hot Work operations.
