Administrative Support Specialist

The role of an Administrative Support Specialist at Raffles Doha involves performing a range of front-office duties to support the daily workflow in our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track personnel processing and assist with TDY requests.
- Manage files, documents, and reference materials.
- Collect data and prepare reports and documents.
- Arrange meetings and events.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Receive and interact with visitors.
- Liaise with internal staff while maintaining confidentiality.
- Track and report facility and environmental issues.
- Manage office inventory and equipment.
- Schedule maintenance for equipment service and repairs.
- Participate in day-to-day office activities and improve procedural processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years' experience providing administrative support.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
You will also need to obtain provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and be proficient in English both in reading and writing.
