Lead Rewilding Specialist

At Energy Jobline, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our rewilding efforts within the NEOM Nature Reserve. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing a comprehensive rewilding strategy that restores ecological integrity to the reserve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rewilding strategies in compliance with relevant legislation and operational guidelines, ensuring the conservation of wildlife corridors, vegetation, and ecosystem health.
  • Lead the development of rewilding breeding centers to support the objectives of the rewilding strategy, working closely with the Director of Land Conservation.
  • Collaborate with the reserve management team to ensure the successful implementation of rewilding initiatives, including record keeping and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in wildlife conservation and rewilding, with a strong understanding of ecological principles and conservation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex rewilding strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
