Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM-CAD Specialist to join our team at Tanqeeb.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM / COBie Scope of Work: Ensure that subcontractors on program projects understand the scope of work for BIM and COBie deliverables.
  • Standardization and Quality: Drive standardization and quality of multiple projects' BIM and COBie deliverables.
  • BIM Model Monitoring: Monitor BIM models and asset / COBie data for quality, data integrity, and content throughout the project delivery process and at specific project delivery milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM technology, including design, review, and collaboration tools. Experience with Autodesk Suite of products, particularly Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, is essential. Knowledge of Bentley CAD/BIM products and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required. Familiarity with international standards such as BS, IFC, and COBie is desirable.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for managing BIM models, documents, and data submittals, and extracting CAD drawings and required information from spreadsheets.
