Role Overview:

  • Manage drilling contractors and collaborate with subordinate Superintendents to resolve operational issues.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive drilling plans and programs to ensure project success.
  • Lead accident investigation teams to identify root causes of accidents and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant science discipline.
  • IWCF certification at the Supervisor level.
  • At least 25 years of experience in offshore drilling and workover operations.
  • 5 years of experience as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor and 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of 'Process Safety' principles and excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
