Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and manage tender documents, proposals, and bids in Arabic, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Analyze tender requirements and ensure submissions meet all criteria, applying a thorough and analytical approach.
  4. Monitor and track tender opportunities and deadlines, maintaining a proactive and organized approach.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members in Arabic, demonstrating strong interpersonal and language skills.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  7. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of tender documents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tender activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Native proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken), with excellent language skills and a strong understanding of Arabic language nuances.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  3. Proven experience in tender management or a similar role, with a track record of success and achievement.
  4. Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in a business setting.
Experience:
  1. Tender office/tender Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  1. 25% (Preferred)
