Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the 25hours Hotel One Central. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Menu Knowledge and Guest Service: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus, wine lists, and other products to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.
  2. In-Room Dining and Service: Oversee the service of In-Room Dining, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of food and beverages to our guests, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Account Management and Administration: Ensure accurate accounting and administration processes, including budgeting, ordering, and inventory management, to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  4. Team Collaboration and Support: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
  5. Concept Partner Collaboration: Work closely with our external concept partner to develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts, ensuring alignment with our hotel's brand and values.
  6. Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities with a positive and proactive attitude.
