Key Accountabilities

This role involves several key responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics department:

  • Checking incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips;
  • Conducting cycle counts to verify physical inventories;
  • Maintaining accurate records of goods received and issued;
  • Ensuring disposal of expired and waste stock according to procedure;
  • Collaborating with the Procurement department to optimize stock levels for consumables;
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas;
  • Liaising with Internal Customers to maintain efficient operations;
  • Performing additional duties as necessary;
  • Inspecting new purchase material certifications;
  • Material and Asset (Preliminary) Inspection;
  • Submitting quality-related documents as per Project requirements;
  • Coordinating with third-party inspectors, NDT/Mechanical testing, lifting services;
  • Generating SAP system entries for received complete good materials;
  • Arranging logistical material transportation from vendor locations to Proserv sites.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • An intermediate level certificate or degree is essential;
  • Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is required;
  • Exposure to project quality documentation in the Oil and Gas field is preferred;
  • Experience in document and data management through software is also desirable.
