Career Opportunity: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, and customization.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with clients to understand process gaps, identify the current state, and build target state service and process designs.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Design, code, and test technical solutions.
  • Assist the pursuit team in building client technical and commercial proposals.
  • Lead client delivery teams from the Middle East and other global member firms to lead technical delivery and manage projects.
  • Plan and assign daily work to the team, monitor progress, and report to project delivery manager and client.
  • Build assets and accelerators to increase Deloitte's value in the market.
  • Lead teams to design, code, and test technical solutions.
  • Assist in enforcing development deadlines and schedules.
  • Understand the necessity of and contribute to development standards.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture.
  • Utilize ServiceNow as well as best practices for software development methodologies outlined by Deloitte, to ensure that work is compliant, efficient, and effective.
  • Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
  • Lead efforts during requirements analysis, system design, and play a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant/architect/developer.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL databases.
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-Now Platform.
  • Working knowledge in ServiceNow Configuration Management, ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Implementation.
  • ServiceNow experience of at least 2 years.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT architecture and ITSM.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Service-Now Tool OOB (Out of the Box) Concepts like Client Scripts, Ul Policy, Ul Actions, Business Rule etc.
  • Experience with Application UI and Workflow configuration.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation certification.

Travel Requirements:

  • Most of the travel requirements are in the Middle East region, however, in multi-country implementations, there may be a need to travel to other parts of the world.
  • May require short-term (up to 4 weeks) to medium-term (4 – 6 months) travel to client locations.
