About the Role

The Club InterContinental Attendant is responsible for delivering personalized service to all guests in the Club Lounge. This role involves anticipating guest needs, maintaining the lounge environment, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service in line with our five-star standards.


Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout their stay.
  • F&B Service: Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Lounge Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Club Lounge at all times, including setting up and replenishing food and beverage stations.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests, offering assistance and information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance their experience.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment, preferably in a food and beverage or guest service role.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, basic knowledge of food and beverage service and presentation.
