About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Cashier and Payroll Manager to join our team at IHGarmyhotels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all cash handling activities, including receiving and disbursing cash, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cash Handling: Collects and counts cashier's envelopes, receives and banks cheques, and prepares daily general cashier reports.
  2. Payroll Management: Supervises monthly payrolls, monitors time and attendance systems, and ensures timely payment of associates' salaries and benefits.
  3. Financial Administration: Reconciles bank books with bank statements, maintains accurate inventory records, and prepares various financial reports.
  4. Communication: Communicates effectively with all departments, identifies problems, and determines solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Competency in Microsoft applications, Vingcard software, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
