Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the procurement of consumables and resources required for teaching and learning.

- Manage student data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Coordinate the production of school reports and transcripts, guaranteeing timely delivery.

- Supervise the School's Management Information System, ensuring efficient data management.

- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Committee to maintain a safe working environment.

- Ensure adequate staffing levels to cover absences and peak workloads.

- Respond to parent inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional assistance.

- Assist the Head of Corporate Services in preparing the annual SEC tuition fee application.

- Maintain the SEC database through the designated portal.

- Support the Head of Corporate Services in researching business opportunities and developing effective business plans.

- Provide accurate and concise data to the Head of Corporate Services, facilitating informed decision-making.

- Ensure all deadlines are met, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of secretarial or commercial work experience.
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
