Responsibilities

  • \
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.\
  • Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.\
  • Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.\
  • Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.\
  • Prevent situations that could jeopardize the reputation of the hotel.\
  • Investigate crimes committed against the hotel, guests, and employees.\
  • Document all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements.\
  • Manage and coach the security team.\
  • With support from upper management, manage all problems and complaints that may be brought to your attention by guests.\
  • Motivate, supervise, and coach the security team.\
  • Support the Director of Security with regards to scheduling, holiday management, overtime management, always while keeping in mind hotel operational needs.\
  • Actively participate in department meetings and prepare appropriate summaries.\
  • Offer guests a pleasant, efficient, and professional service, as per Four Seasons standards.\
  • Act as a support in the onboarding and training process of new employees and help them complete their tasks.\
  • Help guests who are experiencing problems with their in-room safe.\
  • Help guests access their rooms in the event of a lost or defective room key.\
  • Welcome visitors, contractors, external vendors, and register them in the visitors log.\
  • Help direct visitors and guests upon arrival at the hotel and answer any questions they may have.\
  • Have excellent knowledge of the services and amenities offered by the hotel as well as their schedules.\
  • Ensure that the security spaces and employee entrances are kept clean at all times.\

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • \
  • 1-2 Years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort.\
  • The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.\
  • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; Arabic is a preferred asset.\
  • Degree & Diploma is preferred but not required.\
