Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Offshore Logistics Specialist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless scheduling, coordination, and management of Project personnel to support operational continuity and compliance with labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Offshore Logistics Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Managing project schedules, timelines, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to project personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills

The following skills would be highly desirable for this role:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical applications.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
