Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Training is responsible for the efficient running of the Training Department in the Human Resources Division. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective implementation of training programs to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Learning Officer in a larger operation.
- Good presentation, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task.
- Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer.
