Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality onsite services by conducting technical analysis and providing recommendations for controlling fluid properties under minimal supervision.
  2. Maintain accurate fluid properties on rig sites by testing and analyzing fluid samples.
  3. Manage inventory at customer well sites to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by keeping rig-site customers and coordinators informed about project progress.
  5. Offer ongoing support to assist operations in providing customers with effective, environmentally safe drilling fluids while optimizing well-bore construction and maximizing production.
  6. Adhere to the Company's HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Core Values in all business activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Hold 10+ years of experience in Drilling and Completion Fluids with at least 7 years offshore experience and basic product line training completed.
  2. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
  3. Exhibit Excellent Functional/Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills.
