Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and information on product features based on customers needs.
  • Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using our client book.
  • Support instore visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
  • Stay informed about our promotions and advertising campaigns.
  • Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Manage and expand client relationships including acquiring new clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in retail preferably in the luxury sector
  • Exhibits excellent grooming and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods.
  • Flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Complies with all company policies and standards.
