Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at Qatar Airways Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in assigned luxury boutiques while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Your primary focus will be on creating a personalized shopping experience for our customers, providing them with expert styling advice and product knowledge. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that our boutiques are always fully stocked and presented in an appealing manner.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maximize sales in assigned luxury boutiques through effective selling strategies and techniques.
  3. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that boutiques are always fully stocked and presented in an appealing manner.
  4. Build long-term relationships with customers, delivering personalized service and exceptional after-sales support.
  5. Stay up-to-date with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards, applying this knowledge to ensure consistent presentation across all boutiques.
Requirements
  • Relevant college or university qualification to minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • Previous retail and customer service experience.
  • Demonstrate excellence in selling, styling, and wardrobing skills.
  • Effective English communication – both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach to selling.
