Park Hyatt Doha, a renowned 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Doha, is looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine - Events / Banquets to lead our team in curating unforgettable culinary moments for our exclusive events and gatherings.
As the Chef de Cuisine, you will:
- Showcase your culinary creativity by designing exquisite menus that delight our discerning guests.
- Lead a passionate team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Work in a world-class kitchen with access to the finest ingredients and cutting-edge culinary techniques.
- Curate exceptional dining experiences for exclusive events, special occasions, and VIP guests.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef role in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or events-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in menu planning and creation, with an emphasis on event-specific cuisine that aligns with client needs and themes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a culinary team, especially in high-pressure event settings.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management to ensure a top-tier, compliant kitchen environment.
