As a Chef De Cuisine, you will be responsible for leading your section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Your role involves overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and culinary excellence.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to align your kitchen's offerings with the overall menu.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards within your kitchen.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team including sous chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
- Oversee kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring smooth execution.
- Create and adapt recipes to accommodate dietary preferences and culinary trends.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques relevant to your specialization.
- Participate in special culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions related to your kitchen.
- Collaborate with other culinary departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five years’ culinary/kitchen experience in an international environment.
- Strong background in Middle Eastern, Gulf, Lebanese cuisine with creativity in menu innovation and authenticity.
- Locally Available and with NOC.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per year
