The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee the entire procurement process from project inception to completion, ensuring cost-effective strategies, compliance, and long-term value. This role involves managing procurement documentation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with project teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage procurement documents such as RFPs, tenders, and contracts.
- Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with project teams to align procurement with schedules and milestones.
- Oversee change management, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
- Monitor and control budgets, preparing detailed financial forecasts and reports.
- Evaluate bids, lead tender evaluations, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality.

**Qualifications** Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- GCC region experience is strongly preferred.
- In-country experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience in procurement and quantity surveying on large-scale projects, including airports or multi-phase developments.
- Proven track record in contract management and administration within consultancy or project management roles.
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in cost management software and knowledge of aviation construction regulations is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
- Expertise in procurement processes and financial reporting.
