**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
Procurement and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain
and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
This role is critical in maintaining our operational efficiency and supporting
our company's growth.

Key **Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize
costs, quality, and delivery performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price,
quality, reliability, and sustainability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the
best possible deals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers,
monitoring their performance and resolving any issues.
- Source new materials and components, keeping up-to-date
with market trends and identifying potential new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as
well as relevant industry standards and regulations.

**Logistics**:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all
logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and
minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to
ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
- Select and manage relationships with third-party logistics
(3PL) providers.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to
identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations
and customs requirements.

**Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement and
logistics professionals.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct
performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work
environment.
- Other **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement and logistics budget, ensuring
cost-effectiveness and identifying opportunities for savings.
- Implement and maintain an ERP system.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement and logistics
activities to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation,
and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong understanding of lighting products and components is a plus.

Preferred **Qualifications**:

- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, SCMP).
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
