**Job Description - F&B Supervisor cum Personal AssistantPosition Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesFood & Beverage Supervision**
- Oversee daily operations of the café/restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a professional manner.
- Assist in planning menus, promotions, and special events to drive sales.
- Conduct daily briefings with staff regarding service standards, specials, and operational updates.

**Personal Assistant Duties**
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Owner/Manager.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders as required.
- Support in personal errands and travel arrangements when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in F&B supervision and/or executive/personal assistance.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
