**HR Assistance**:

- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support in employee engagement activities and communication.
- Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Support in organizing training sessions and employee welfare activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Payroll Processing**:

- Prepare, review, and process payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure correct deduction of taxes, social security, and other statutory contributions.
- Maintain records of salary, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with finance/accounts department for salary payments and reimbursements.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

**Preferred Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Excel,
