HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and process **payroll** for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle **leave encashments**, **end-of-service calculations**, and **ticket encashments**.
- Provide support in **employee relations**, addressing queries, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in an HR role within Qatar, with specific experience in payroll and settlement processes.
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar labor law** and HR practices.
- Proven experience in **payroll processing**, **end-of-service calculations**, **leave management**, and other HR functions.
- **Excellent MS Excel skills** for data analysis, payroll tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**; experience with **HR software** (SAP Business One) is a plus.
